Frequently Asked Questions
Subconscious coaching is a process that helps you work beneath the surface, where old patterns, beliefs, and habits are stored. By accessing the subconscious, we can release what no longer serves you, rebuild self-trust, and create lasting change. I weave together Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Conversational Hypnosis to guide this process.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that views the mind as made up of many “parts” — like the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child. Instead of trying to push these parts away, IFS helps you meet them with compassion, understand their roles, and heal old wounds. At the core, it reconnects you with your calm, wise Self — the part of you that has always been whole.
Conversational Hypnosis is a gentle and safe approach that uses language and guided questions to help you access your subconscious mind. You remain fully awake, lucid, and in control of yourself the entire time — it’s not about being “put under.” There’s no need to close your eyes (though some clients choose to), and many describe it as a natural, relaxing state where deeper insights and lasting change become possible.
Guided meditations gently lead you into a relaxed, receptive state where your subconscious can open and heal. Each meditation is intuitively designed to support where you are on your journey — whether that’s releasing tension, integrating insights, or embodying new beliefs.
After sessions, some clients express feeling energized and excited, while others may feel more relaxed and enlightened. The common theme is that it feels good.
Due to the importance of the work you do in sessions, it is important to block 1-2 hours after where you don't engage in overly stimulating or demanding activities. Walking, journalling, light house work or a nap are all recommended.
Coaching focuses on growth, self-trust, and creating a life that feels authentic and aligned. While therapy often looks at diagnosis and treatment, coaching is about building tools, awareness, and confidence to move forward. My work is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment — but it can be a beautiful complement if you’re already doing that work.
All sessions are held with Sky online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

That depends on your goals. Some people find clarity in a few sessions, while others choose to work with me over several months for deeper transformation. We’ll talk about what feels right for you during your free consultation.
Each session is about 2 hours long, giving us space to go deep without rushing.
Every client’s journey is unique, but many people I’ve worked with have:
Built confidence and trust in themselves
Set boundaries and found their voice
Healed relationships with themselves and others
Improved clarity and felt more grounded
Experienced more peace, joy, and calm in their lives
