Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, natural way to access the subconscious by softening the analytical mind. In this relaxed state, you’re guided into deeper presence, supporting nervous system regulation and connection to your inner wisdom.
I practice a client-led approach known as Restorative Hypnosis. Rather than using suggestion or scripted techniques, this process is collaborative and responsive, allowing your mind to guide us to what is ready to be seen and supported.
Each session is intuitively tailored to meet you where you are, whether that’s releasing old patterns, shifting limiting beliefs, or anchoring new ways of being. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process, while allowing meaningful, embodied change to unfold.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems helps us connect with the many “parts” within us, the inner voices that hold fear, protection, responsibility, or self-doubt.
By meeting these parts with curiosity and compassion, we can gently release old burdens and restore internal trust. This allows you to reconnect with your core Self, calm, clear, and capable of leading your life from a place of alignment.
