Subconscious Coaching
We all carry beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns that don't feel like us — shaped by expectations, conditioning, and past wounds. These stories create patterns in our subconscious that keep us from living authentically.

Subconscious Coaching takes us deeper, to a place where lasting change begins. Together, we release what no longer serves you, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with your true self — whole, wise, and free.
Why We Work With the Subconscious
Real, lasting change doesn’t happen through willpower alone. It happens when we work with the subconscious — the place where beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns are stored.
By accessing the subconscious directly, we can:
-
Uncover and rewire the stories that keep you stuck
-
Build trust with the parts of you that feel unheard or unsafe
-
Create space for authenticity, confidence, and freedom

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps us connect with the many “parts” of ourselves — the inner voices that hold fears, roles, and protective strategies. By meeting them with compassion, we release old burdens and reconnect with the calm, confident Self at your core.
Guided Meditation
I gently guide you to drop into presence, regulate your nervous system, and connect with your inner wisdom. Each meditation is intuitively designed to support where you are on your journey — whether that’s releasing tension, integrating insights, or embodying new beliefs.
Conversational Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a gentle way to bypass the busy, critical mind and access the subconscious. In this lucid state, we can reprogram unhelpful patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and anchor in new ways of being.

My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and deeply respectful of your pace.
Clients often describe feeling:
-
Safe to explore vulnerable parts of themselves
-
Seen and heard in ways they haven’t before
-
Lighter, clearer, and more grounded after each session
